This is one of the lesser known commandments but look at thses photos and you shalt understand:
My Hydrangea (yes, I think there are 4 whole petals)
My neighbor’s Hydrangeas
i totally understand. i used to tell my children that they had to pick flowers from neighbors’ yards to bring home for may day. it was part of the tradition. or so i said… just an idea –
Oh, man. I’ve got that going on here, too. We just bought this house a few months ago, and the roses in the backyard are still struggling – they hadn’t been watered in over a year! My neighbor’s yard looks like the Queen of Hearts has her gardeners working all day and night. Gorgeous blood red roses and the bushes are huge. *sigh*
My Hydrangeas don’t look a lot different. One has a few flowers, the other has none. I used to think that I would love to have a garden just full of Hydrangeas, but the two I have don’t seem to encouraging.
